COD Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, please read the confirmation and deposit terms below:

• For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp at 01002711086 to confirm the order details.
• A 50% deposit of the total order value is required to confirm and secure the order.
• The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon delivery.
• If the deposit is not received within 2 calendar days of confirmation, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
• Once the deposit is paid, it becomes non-refundable.
• The deposit may only be refunded if the product is defective and the customer chooses not to exchange it.
