Orders are processed within 10 working days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once processed, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If the package appears damaged, notify the courier on the spot and contact us right away so we can assist you.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Please review our policy below:

No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the courier has delivered your order and departed.
We are not responsible for any issues reported after the courier has left.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective (e.g. leaking, broken, or has a non-functioning sprayer).
Exchanges are limited to the same item. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item of similar value.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

✦ Payment Policy ✦
For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp at 01002711086 to confirm the order details.
A 50% deposit of the total order value is required to confirm and secure the order. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon delivery.
If the deposit is not received within 2 calendar days of confirmation, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
Please note that once the deposit is paid, it becomes non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective and the customer opts not to exchange it.
